I believe Ingersoll-Rand is a good company but the analytical lab was was a complete joke because the manager was downright terrible. I believe that manager has since left the company. During high volume seasons, it felt more like a production lab and it would get very hectic.

Aside from that, the lab is a great place for recent grads to get experience. Pros Good benefits, company culture. Cons Production lab environment, no real growth. Hours are pretty nice, pay is sub-par at best.

Some management seems lost and put alot of unwanted stress on the employees due to their lack of knowledge. Great group of workers for the most part. Bad apples get treated with the most respect.

First of all, you have to work a year with a temp company in order to get hired on full time. That's unfortunate because there's no benefit for the employee. Have to work night shift for almost 2 years to get to day shift. On the up side once you do get benefits they are really good. Anytime I used my insurance I was always told how good it was by the payment coordinator.
