Xerox raleigh jobs

Customer Service Customer Service Representative. Customer Support Representative. Customer Care Assistant. Explore more salaries. System Analyst in Raleigh, NC 3. I worked in the environment and turn it form 8. I became the top agent for this location and when the General manager so what I had achieved he promoted me for it.

However, after he leave the company it became the worst company in the area with all kinds of immoral things be done on the work floor and very little supervisor of there staff in and out of the building. Xerox AppleCare Contract. I did technical support for Applecare. The training was okay for Tier 1, but for Tier 2 it was extremely rushed. The pay was extremely low. The system was set up in such a manner that made providing good service difficult if you wanted to make money.

If you were in Tier 2, calling customers back was required, but they set up the rules to make it harder and less financially rewarding to call the customers back.

I could go on. Most of the co-workers were great and most of the supervisors were great as well. This job was horrible. High turn over rate. Management only cares about the surveys they receive. Upper level was unresponsive to the needs and opinions of underlings. The CEO was grossly over compensated in comparison to the worker ants. Benefits were great in the beginning but slowly eroded with less benefits and higher deductibles.

Pros Very little pressure from management. Cons Expected to commute up to 1 hour each way plus 1 hour lunch all unpaid. Was this review helpful? Report Share. Worker there for 14 years. Management stopped caring. They "work" from home and by work I mean they collect a paycheck and don't do they're respective jobs.

They pass it on to others. For being there 14 years I was making less than what they were hiring someone with no experience. Pay increases were nonexistent for the last few years. Pros They give you the noose. Cons You will want to use it. Had to answer calls that you knew someone was stealing from people but because they had certain info you had to comply.

The people were nice but it was stressful and could have used more on the job training instead of classroom. Very high roll over rate. You got basic pay. If you were excellent on your calls the would pay you more. But who was perfect? When I started working at this place I was excited for the new journey. As time progress I realized that the environment is just not for me. Management needs to improve work environment. Good place to work as it provides opportunity to learn and grow in your career.

Work life balance is tilted toward work too much. Need to make time for yourself. Pros Able to learn and gorw. Cons Work life balance is not good. Do you enjoy working at your company? Help people considering your employer make a good choice. Ever since Xerox direct took over our core things have gone downhill. The workload has become unmanageable, the annual raises stopped, the productivity bonuses went away and the list goes on. Moral has gone down the drain.

People who used to greet you with a smile are now stressed and unhappy. The benefits are horrible. It's possible that paying out of pocket for medical is actually cheaper than using the health insurance they provide.

Pros Wide variety of customers. Cons Healthcare, salary, upper level management. Will use you and throw you out… if your a contract you will never get hired. Very condescending and really the worst people I have ever worked with. Pros None. Cons A lot. Management makes decisions based solely on their goals, money and what's the "flavor of the day". Communication from top down is non-existent and that trickles into the lower levels. Money is wasted due to lack of organization and the lower management and below that are the ones that suffer.

Work loads are poorly balanced, many tasks are repeats over departments and departments that should be working together don't communicate. Benefits are not good, HR is outsourced and very disorganized. Overworked IT engineers and others have to make their own documentation. They are trying to sell themselves as a software company, but internally many departments still use old clunky applications. Cons Poor benefits, poor management, disorganized, employees fend for themselves.

Self manage your day with pressure. Your day is watched, managed, and scrutinized constantly. The morale among employees is low due to the micromanaging, no raises for years, and high cost of benefits. The co-workers are great, the best part of the company. I enjoyed the travel. Cons Pressure of micromanaging. They take advantage of you. The pay is subpar. Do not work for this company they will work you to death and not compensate you and expect you to work during your vacations.
