Over that time, a greater percentage of students have received a Regents diploma, with a corresponding drop in the percentage of students earning a Local Diploma. Similarly, over that same period of time, the number of students with disabilities earning a Regents Diploma has gone up, while the number earning a Local Diploma has remained relatively flat.
